Broker Help is an Insurance Administrator which deliver short term insurance services to independent brokers. Brokerhelp was founded by Mark Brummer, who is the sole proprietor and founding member, in 1998.

Mark Brummer, who started his brokerage in Phalaborwa, where he traded in various types of insurance, including life insurance, medical funds, investments and short term insurance. He now runs Broker Help after selling his brokerage.

Broker Help mainly operates in the Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North-West, Freestate and Northern Cape. This service is provided and administrated from the head office situated in Pretoria and a branch office in Bloemfontein.
